ASM configuration fails if OCR and voting disk volumes are configured on VxFS or CFS for Oracle 19c during the grid installation (4003844)
If you configure OCR and voting disk volumes on VxFS or CFS for Oracle 19c during Grid installation, ASM fails to start when the ASM configuration assistant is invoked via the
asmca command. This issue has been reported to Oracle (Bug id 28726240).
