Changes in VxFS disk layout versions
The following changes are made for disk layout versions (DLVs):

Added support for DLV 17.
The default DLV used for VxFS file systems in this release is DLV 17.

Deprecated support for DLV 12.
With this change, you can create and mount VxFS only on DLV 13 and later. DLV 6 to 12 can be used for local mounts only.
