All the datacenters are listed on the left-side of the screen. You also have the option to search for a specific datacenter.
On the main screen, you can see a summary of all datacenter statuses - total datacenters, connected and disconnected datacenters for example, as well as all the datacenters listed below. When you log in for the first time, you have one default datacenter that was set up during the initial set up.
Hovering on a datacenter exposes actions such as:
  • Delete: Allows you to delete the datacenter.
  • Edit: Allows you edit datacenter settings.
  • Discover: Discovers information for all the hosts and clusters that have been added. You can run discovery at different levels.
    • Datacenter level: Discovers all hosts in the data center.
    • Cluster level: Discovers only hosts in a specific cluster.
    • Host level: Discovers information for a single host.
  • Add host: Allows you to add hosts to the datacenter.
Clicking on any datacenter name will give you details of the clusters and hosts in that datacenter. There are two views for these assets: Hierarchy view and List view.
  • Hierarchy is where you see the major buckets: cluster, standalone, and unmanaged hosts. hierachy view
  • List shows hosts as cluster host or standalone host entries (that is, host-level representation). You can also see the cluster name associated with a host. list view
