InfoScale Luminos is a consolidated control plane designed to centralize and simplify InfoScale upgrade operations and lifecycle management. This initial release introduces a modern approach to handling one of the most complex and high-risk aspects of system administration—upgrades and patching—while laying the foundation for a fully unified lifecycle management platform.
This release of Luminos is the first step toward a comprehensive lifecycle management platform for InfoScale. Future releases will expand these capabilities to provide a fully integrated, end-to-end management experience.

| Blueprint-based upgrade planning | Upgrade plans (blueprints) define what to upgrade, source and target versions, RPM locations, and step execution order. Blueprints can be reused across clusters and support both Patching and full Upgrade flows. |
