Last published : Jun 19, 2026
You can enable or disable the two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect user accounts from getting compromised. A combination of user's login credentials and a six-digit PIN is used for two-factor authentication.
To enable or disable two-factor authentication
  1. Log into Operations Manager with the administrator role.
  2. On the Management Server console, click Settings > Management Server.
  3. In the Server settings tab, configure the SMTP settings to receive email notifications or the OTP for resetting the six-digit PIN.
  4. In the Two factor authentication pane, select the Enable Two Factor Authentication check box to enable it. Optionally clear the check box to disable the two-factor authentication.
  5. Click Save Settings.
