To uninstall VBS from Microsoft Failover clusters:

From the Add/Remove Programs list, uninstall the Virtual Business Services Third Party Support.
This removes the VRTSvbs and VRTSperl packages and the license keys but retains the VRTSsfmh package.
Caution: Do not uninstall the VRTSvbs package manually.
