DR fails to start in VBS 8.0.2 or lower for VBS formed of global service groups

If you configure VBS formed of global service groups and bring it online on the disaster recovery (DR) site, make sure that all the global service groups on the primary site are brought offline. This is because only the lowest tier of the primary site switches to the DR site and the rest of the service groups fail to switch as VBS attempts to online the rest of the tiers on the DR site.

Workaround: Offline the global service groups on the primary site before you bring them online on the DR site.
