Collector service fails to start intermittently during full InfoScale upgrade on a CVR or VVR configuration (4056794)

During a full upgrade of InfoScale on an existing CVR or VVR configuration, the Collector service fails to start intermittently on one of the cluster nodes. This issue occurs on Solaris, and the product installer indicates that the service has failed.
Workaround: None; you can safely ignore the relevant error message in the logs.
The service starts automatically after about one minute, and you can verify its status using the following command:
# TelemetryCollector -status
