Configuring CMS HA on Linux using Command Line (CLI)

You can configure Arctera InfoScale Operations Manager CMS high availability (HA) on Linux using CLI.
See Prerequisites for configuring a new Management Server in high availability environment.
To configure CMS HA using CLI
  1. Install Arctera InfoScale Operations Manager Management Server on the Linux host. After installation, run the following command to start the configuration:
/opt/VRTSsfmh/bin/perl
/opt/VRTSsfmcs/bin/cli_ha_config.pl
  1. Enter (Y). CLI prepares for CMS HA configuration by stopping the database and WEBGUI and shows VCS information.
  2. Again enter (Y) to start the configuration.
    Note: If you enter (N) CLI quits the configuration and database and WEBGUI starts again.
