Starting and stopping Virtual Business Services
After you create a virtual business service and define the dependencies among its components in InfoScale Operations Manager, you can start or stop the virtual business service from InfoScale Operations Manager or from the command line on a host.
It is not mandatory for InfoScale Operations Manager to be online for starting or stopping the virtual business service because all inter-cluster communication is handled by the Virtual Business Services components. Any failure or downtime of InfoScale Operations Manager Management Server does not affect the Virtual Business Services start or stop operations and these operations can continue through the command line.
