Connecting the same managed host to IOM and LMS fails if IOM and LMS are deployed on separate servers (SDSCPE-24908)

When InfoScale Operations Manager (IOM) and License Management Service (LMS) are deployed on separate servers, connecting the same managed host (InfoScale server) to both IOM and LMS is not supported. This behavior affects environments where IOM, LMS, and managed host are all running version 9.2.

Workaround: Deploy IOM and LMS on the same server.
