Gathering information for troubleshooting
Use the
vomgather.pl script to gather logs for troubleshooting issues on Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager Management Server and managed hosts:

On Unix/Linux:
/opt/VRTSsfmh/adm/vomgather.pl --dir mydir

On Windows:
"C:\Program Files\Veritas\VRTSsfmh\bin\perl.exe" "C:\Program Files\Veritas\VRTSsfmh\adm\vomgather.pl" --dir mydir
where,
mydir is the directory to store gathered data.
Use the
--full option of vomgather.pl script to gather following data for troubleshooting issues:

Management Server: Database, Spool, and store data

Managed hosts: Spool data
