About discovering the Nutanix Infrastructure using Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager

In Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager, a managed host that is designated as a Control Host can discover the Nutanix Infrastructure.
The managed host on which you have installed the Control Host Add-on discovers the information on the Nutanix cluster nodes in your data center.
Ensure that the Control Hosts can ping the Prism Central from which they can discover the information on Nutanix Infrastructure. A Control Host and a Prism Central from which the Control Host wants to discover the information on Nutanix Infrastructure must be on the same subnet.
The Control Host Add-on that you install on the designated Control Hosts contains the Nutanix Infrastructure SDK (VI SDK), which uses the Nutanix REST APIs to access the Nutanix Infrastructure. A Control Host reports the information on the Nutanix Infrastructure that it discovers to Management Server. The Management Server coalesces the data that it receives from the Control Host and populates the relevant views.
