Delay in InfoScale license key activation from LMS due to timezone mismatch (SDSCPE-24484)

The InfoScale licensing portal timestamps the new generated licenses using the GMT (UTC) timezone. If a system is in a timezone behind GMT, the system perceives the license as having a future activation date and flags the license as not yet valid. Because the GMT start time has not yet occurred in the local timezone, license activation fails.

Workaround:

License activation will fail until the system's local time reaches the license's GMT-based start time. You must wait for your local time to align with the GMT start time.
