Use this wizard panel to initialize a disk.

| Specify format | Specify one of the following formats\: |
| - Cdsdisk | |
| - Simple | |
| - Sliced | |
| The default format for HP and AIX disk is hpdisk and aixdisk. | |
| Force | Select this option if the initialization is to be forced. |
