Sending the Usage report to Arctera

Using the License Management Service console you can share the Usage report with Arctera. When you generate the report on the Reports home page, information is displayed in three tabs: Primary usage, Not assigned, Unmanaged. Data displayed in these tabs can be shared with Arctera as a single report.
To send the Usage report to Arctera
  1. On the License Management Service console, click Reports in the left pane.
  2. Click Generate in the Usage report and summary box.
  3. Review the information in the three tabs.
  4. Click Send report to Arctera.
  5. Review the date and time when the report was last sent to Arctera.
  6. Choose between online and offline sharing options based on internet connectivity from the host to public internet.
    • If the host has access to public internet, select Send Now ** in the Online section. ClickClose**.
    • If the host does not have access to public internet, select Download ** in theOffline** section. The file is downloaded. Go to step 7
  7. From the host that has internet access, log in to Arctera License Analytics Service (LAS) console to share the file with Arctera.
