Bulk add host operation remains in queued state (SDSCPE-22715)

While adding multiple hosts on Windows, few of the add host tasks might remain stuck in a queued state.

Workaround:

Add the hosts again. Note that the UI continues to display the previous add hosts tasks in a queued state even though the hosts are successfully added when you retry the operation.
