Two separate tasks are seen in the UI when you install an update (SDSCPE-23012)

When installing a patch, the Activity Monitor > System tasks page displays two separate Install update tasks instead of showing sub-tasks for the patch installation operation. This creates a misleading impression that two independent patch installation tasks are running simultaneously.

No functionality is affected and you can ignore this issue.
