LDAP configuration may fail on a fresh Windows License Management Service (LMS) installation (SDSCPE-20770)

LDAP configuration may fail on a fresh Windows LMS installation. You may see a server not reachable error.

Workaround:

Manually copy the msvcr100.dll file from C:\Program Files\Veritas\VRTSlms\pgsql\psqlODBC\ to C:\Windows\System32 and then try the LDAP configuration again.
