About the Setup panel

The Setup panel is launched when you first open the License Management Service console. This panel is a shortcut to perform the below listed operations which are a part of getting started with License Management Service. For subsequent logins, the panel is always displayed unless you clear the Show at sign-in check box.
Operation Functionality
Add hosts Use this option to add InfoScale Classic hosts to License Management Service. You can add hosts manually, using the .csv file, or using the gendeploy.pl script.

Upload and sync license Use this option to upload InfoScale license key to License Management Service and automatically sync the license to all the hosts added to License Management Service.
Configure user accounts Use this option to configure and manage License Management Service user accounts.

To use the Setup panel
  1. The panel is launched when you first open the web console after the initial configuration is completed.
Clear the Show at sign ** check box if you do not want to view the panel and instead go to theDashboard** directly.
  1. Click on the following to perform the relevant operations:
    • Add to add hosts.
    • Upload and sync to upload a license key and sync it to all the hosts added to License Management Service.
    • Configure to configure and manage user accounts.
  2. Click Exit setup ** to exit the panel and go to theDashboard**.
