Adding Lightweight Directory Access Protocol or Active Directory-based authentication in License Management Service

You can add Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or Active Directory (AD)-based authentication. By default, the LDAP or AD-based authentication domain that you add is in the enabled state.
To add LDAP or AD-based authentication
  1. On the License Management Service console, do one of the following:
    • In the Setup wizard panel, in User administration click Configure > Domains.
    • In the left pane click User management , and then click Domains.
  2. Click Add domains.
  3. In the Add domain wizard panel, enter the details, and click Next.
