Conflicting success and failure operation states are displayed in the LMS GUI when uploading a license key with an expiration date earlier than the current one (SDSCPE-24455)

When uploading a license key with an expiration date earlier than the current one, LMS prompts for confirmation. If you proceed by clicking Yes , the system correctly applies the new license but also generates a secondary "Failed" task in the background.

In the Activity monitor, two tasks are displayed for the same operation; one shows the operation failed and the other shows that the operation completed successfully.

Workaround:

You can safely ignore the failed task.
