CLI command, vxsnap prepare, does not create snapshot mirrors in a stripe layout

When using the vxsnap preparecommand, specifying the layout type as stripe should create snapshot mirrors in a stripe layout. However, if the number of columns is not also specified in the vxsnap prepare command, then snapshot mirrors with a concatenated layout are created. (839241)
