Snapshot operation fails when the Arctera VSS Provider is restarted while the Volume Shadow Copy service is running and the VSS providers are already loaded

When the Volume Shadow Copy VSS service starts, it loads the Arctera VSS provider. If the Arctera VSS provider is restarted while the Volume Shadow Copy service is running and the VSS providers are already loaded, the snapshot operation fails with a VSS error (Event ID:12293).
