Diskgroup creation fails on Ultradisk in Azure cloud for logical sector size 4096-byte sector (4101641)

In Azure cloud if you create the dynamic cluster diskgroup on shared Ultradisk with logical sector size 4096 bytes, then VEA gives the following error: "Disk sector size is not supported by Volume Manager".

Note: In general, 4K sector is not supported on SFW (irrespective of cloud)
