Viewing the What-if analysis report

The What-if analysis report lists the products that you will be entitled to, if you upgrade to InfoScale Operations Manager 9.2. You can view the host, current requirements (existing product name, version, current value as per SPVU Model, and current value as per OS tier model), future requirements (new product name, required cores), potential entitlement calculated on the basis of SPVU model, and potential entitlement calculated on the basis of OS tier model. What-if analysis report is applicable to license versions prior to 7.x.
You can perform the following tasks in this view:
  • Subscribe for the report.
  • Save the report as a CSV file.
  • Email the report.
You can view this information related to the hosts if your user group has at least Guest role assigned on the Server perspective.
To view the What-if analysis report
  1. In the Home page on the Management Server console, click Licensing.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. Click the What-if Analysis report.
