Viewing the service groups of a system

You can use the Management Server console to get a quick summary of the service groups that are associated with a system. Some of the information you can obtain from this view include:
  • Local State: State of the service group on the system.
  • Consolidated state: Consolidated state of the service group among the cluster nodes.
You can view this information related to the clusters for which your user group has at least Guest role explicitly assigned or inherited from a parent Organization. You can also view information if your user group has at least Guest role assigned on the Availability perspective.
To view the service groups of a system
  1. In the Management Server console, go to the Availability perspective and select Manage in the left pane.
  2. Expand the Organization, or Uncategorized Clusters to locate the cluster.
  3. Expand the required Cluster and select Systems.
  4. Expand Systems to locate the system.
  5. Select the required system.
  6. Click the Service Groups tab.
