Viewing a snapshot's cache volume
You can use the Management Server console to view the cache volume that is associated with a snapshot. If you have created a volume of cache type, you can view the cache object name. This cache object is used for space-optimized snapshots.
You can view this information related to the hosts for which your user group has at least Guest role explicitly assigned or inherited from a parent Organization. You can also view the information if your user group has at least Guest role assigned on the Server perspective.
For more information on snapshots and cache volumes, refer to the Storage Foundation Administrator's Guide.
