Viewing the Uptime Analysis report
In InfoScale Operations Manager, the Uptime Analysis report displays the total time for which the selected service groups were online. Also, the report summarizes the events that affect the online availability of the service groups. The Uptime Analysis report belongs to the Trend/Activity category.
At the top of the Uptime Analysis report, you can view the following:

Scope that you have specified for the report.

Date and time at which the report is generated.
The Uptime Analysis report lists the details of the online availability of the service groups that belong to multiple clusters.
For each cluster, the report displays the details of the service groups as follows:

Tables that list the summary and details of the online availability of the service groups.

Graphs that display the online availability of the service groups and the faults that are occurred on the service groups.
Below the name of the cluster, you can see the table that lists the summary of the online availability of the service groups.
In this table, you can view the following:

Name of the service group.

Current state of the service group.

Total time for which the service group was online. Also, you can see the percentage of the specified time period for which the service group was online.

Total time for which the service group was offline. Also, you can see the percentage of the specified time period for which the service group was offline.

Total time for which the service group was faulted. Also, you can see the percentage of the specified time period for which the service group was faulted.

Total time for which the service group was partially available online. Also, you can see the percentage of the specified time period for which the service group was partially available online.

Total time for which the service group was in transient states. Also, you can see the percentage of the specified time period for which the service group was in transient state.
Transient states for the service group are: Starting, Stopping, and Faulting.

Total time-period that is specified for the report.
The Uptime Analysis report displays the graph that uses colors to represent the states of a service group in a specified time period. Also, the report displays the graph to represent the faults that are occurred on the service group in a specified time period.
Click Show Details link at the bottom of the graph to view the table that lists the following details of the changes of states of the service groups:

Name of the service group.

State of the service group.
-
Time at which the service group has changed to the specific state.
-
Time until which the service group has continued in the specific state.
You can perform the following tasks in this view:

Subscribe for the report.
-
Save the report as a CSV file.
-
Email the report.
You can view this information related to the clusters and service groups for which your user group has at least Guest role explicitly assigned or inherited from a parent Organization. You can also view information if your user group has at least Guest role assigned on the Availability perspective.
To view the Uptime Analysis report

In the Management Server console, go to the Availability perspective and expand Reports in the left pane.

Click the Uptime Analysis report.

In the Select scope for Uptime Analysis report wizard panel, select the scope of the report and click Run.
