Viewing the virtualization information of an Organization

You can use the Management Server console to view the virtualization information of an Organization. It includes the details about virtualization servers, virtual machines, clusters, and the generated faults and alerts. The following charts are available:
  • Health Summary
  • Datastore Vendor Breakup
  • Datastore Unallocated Virtual Disks
  • Storage Breakup by VM State
  • Top Virtualization Servers based on Storage Allocated
You can view this information related to the virtualization servers for which your user group has at least guest role explicitly assigned or inherited from a parent Organization. You can also view the information if your user group has at least guest role assigned on the Virtualization perspective.
To view the virtualization information of an Organization
  1. In the Management Server console, go to the Virtualization perspective and expand Manage in the left pane.
  2. Select Data Center and click the Organization.
