Viewing the packages for a host
You can use the Management Server console to view information about the packages that are installed on the selected managed host. The packages can include applications, utilities, system options, or manual pages for applications.
Some of the information you can view for packages is the following:

Name: Package name.

Type: The type of package. For example, application, option, utility, or feature.

Version: Version number of the application or utility.

Base Directory: The directory in which the application or utility is installed.

Patch Version: The name of the patch that is associated with the package.

Patch Id: The unique identification number of the patch that is associated with the package.
You can view this information related to the hosts for which your user group has at least Guest role explicitly assigned or inherited from a parent Organization. You can also view the information if your user group has at least Guest role assigned on the Server perspective.
To view the packages for a host

In the Management Server console, go to the Server perspective and expand Manage in the left pane.

Expand the Organization or Uncategorized Hosts to locate the host.

Click the name of a host in the tree.

Click the Packages tab.
