Viewing the information of a VMware datastore in an Organization
You can use the Management Server console to view the information of a selected VMware datastore. The information includes the states of the virtual machines that consume storage form the datastore, the details about unallocated virtual disks in the datastore, datastore storage allocation by vendors, storage breakup by VM state, and the top virtual machines based on the allocated storage. The following charts are available:

You can view this information related to the virtualization servers for which your user group has at least guest role explicitly assigned or inherited from a parent Organization. You can also view the information if your user group has at least guest role assigned on the Virtualization perspective.
To view the information of a VMware datastore in an Organization

In the Management Server console, go to the Virtualization perspective and expand Manage in the left pane.

Select Data Center and click the Organization.

In the Organization, navigate to Datastores , and click the required datastore.
