Viewing the list of service groups in a cluster

In the Management Server console, you can view the list of service groups in a cluster. You can view information about the service groups that are listed. For example, name of the service group, its state, type, scope, and whether the service group is frozen.
From this view, you can perform all the service group-related tasks, for example online, offline, switch, freeze, unfreeze, delete, and clear faults. You can also run fire drills, and perform task for editing service groups and resources, for example link, unlink, enable, disable, and modify service group.
You can view this information related to the clusters for which your user group has at least Guest role explicitly assigned or inherited from a parent Organization. You can also view information if your user group has at least Guest role assigned on the Availability perspective.
To view the list of service groups in a cluster
  1. In the Management Server console, go to the Availability perspective and select Manage in the left pane.
  2. Expand the Organization, or Uncategorized Clusters to locate the cluster.
  3. Expand the required cluster in the navigation tree.
  4. Select Service Groups in the navigation tree.
